Hi, my name is Sue and I am a certified Rolfer based out of Denver Colorado & serving the equestrian community throughout the US. I am a passionate equestrian and horse-owner seeking to improve quality of life for both my equine & equestrian clients.
I experienced Rolfing personally, many years ago. I had two concurrent auto related closed head injuries. I experienced very high chronic pain diagnosed as fibromyalgia. I had tried many modalities, Western medicine included; pain pills were short-lived things to my neurologist Dr. Robert Scaer. The list I tried included acupuncture, Chiropractic, classical
Homeopathy. I wasn’t getting better and depression was a part of the head injury symptomology.
Finally, I tried Rolfing/structural integration. This is where I found a sense of peace to heal from auto injuries and childhood traumas. I experienced profound changes and decided to become a Rolfer in 2001. Structural integration was created by Dr. Ida P Roth PhD. I was & still am profoundly inspired by her exploration of structure. Founded in Science, melded by devotion and her ability to see beyond. “The results are more important than how or why.” (Dr. Rolf)
